I think we do actually? My building is weird -- it's an old queens building but it got bought by some big investment trust, which is gradually trying to push out the rent-stabilized tenants, so I could see them doing something like putting in security cameras and then saying "capital improvement, we have to raise rents"

You wouldn't call synthetic material "down" here - you'd call it "down alternative". I wash my down comforter in the washing machine and it is doing well after 5 or 6 years.
