(jaxon) ( .) ( .) (jaxon), Friday, 3 April 2009 19:44 (seventeen years ago)

could you outrace a grizzly on a bike?

Ømår Littel (Jordan), Friday, 3 April 2009 19:45 (seventeen years ago)

you are on the bike, not the bear

Ømår Littel (Jordan), Friday, 3 April 2009 19:45 (seventeen years ago)

i could outrace most things on a bike

cutty, Friday, 3 April 2009 19:54 (seventeen years ago)

unreliable internet sources say grizzlies can run between 25 - 45 mph

Ømår Littel (Jordan), Friday, 3 April 2009 19:58 (seventeen years ago)

a reliable source (me) says i can maintain a steady 25-30 mph pace, plus i'm smarter than that grizzly

cutty, Friday, 3 April 2009 20:01 (seventeen years ago)

what if the grizzly was riding a horse

Mr. Que, Friday, 3 April 2009 20:02 (seventeen years ago)

i'm thinking of a different kind of bear now

caek, Friday, 3 April 2009 20:03 (seventeen years ago)

bet a grizzly is faster off the line, tho

i like to fart and i am crazy (gbx), Friday, 3 April 2009 20:07 (seventeen years ago)

i like to fart and i am crazy (gbx), Friday, 3 April 2009 20:07 (seventeen years ago)

goaty (harbl), Friday, 3 April 2009 20:08 (seventeen years ago)

i like to fart and i am crazy (gbx), Friday, 3 April 2009 20:09 (seventeen years ago)

cutty, Friday, 3 April 2009 20:10 (seventeen years ago)

what you really need is a bear domestique

i like to fart and i am crazy (gbx), Friday, 3 April 2009 20:11 (seventeen years ago)

Mr. Que, Friday, 3 April 2009 20:23 (seventeen years ago)

Joe Curell is a mystery wrapped in an enigma much like a bear riding a bicycle, neither makes any sense but is still entertaining

crazy^^^^^^

Mr. Que, Friday, 3 April 2009 20:23 (seventeen years ago)

(jaxon) ( .) ( .) (jaxon), Friday, 3 April 2009 20:34 (seventeen years ago)

five months pass...

cutty, is there anywhere i can read online about whether verbal contracts are enforceable in NY state and, if so, at what point the agreement is considered complete? i have found and understood equivalent information for the uk, but i may be about to get lawyered by a former bro, so would love to read up a little on how this works in the jurisdiction in which he is likely to try it on. (i am aware i will need a lawyer, but hopefully we won't reach that stage and some background would be useful in the meantime.)

caek, Tuesday, 22 September 2009 22:04 (sixteen years ago)

contracts law is the common law, so you'd have to look at the NY courts of appeals cases regarding verbal contracts. there are no statutes governing this type of thing.

cutty, Wednesday, 23 September 2009 00:27 (sixteen years ago)

ok thanks
