A lotta arpeggios but otherwise a bit dirtier and messier and more acid than that. A lotta tweakin' on hardware knobs.

death from abroad puts out some dissident stuff, if that helps. it sounds like a sloppier, more exciting version of the supersoul label comp from last year

that supersoul comp underrated imo

yeah individual tracks from that comp are great. plastique de reve's "lost in the city" was definitely one of my favorites of last year
