"body work/fuck my brains out" was the double single.Dream has a lyric where he talked about dropping his next album in 2011 ("6/7/2011, ahma drop that Love Affair"). He didn't but he did drop the single. Love IV is a reference to the fact that his prior three albums all have love in the title: Love Hate, Love vs Money, Love King.

The thing that really bothers me about this is the general Radiohead fan community's insistence on calling their albums "LP7" "LP8" etc before they come out. ILX is not the first place I've seen this. Brony levels of dork shit.
