Sounds like "The Days of Pearly Spencer" by David McWilliams.

its pearly spencer all right, but the vocals dont really sound like mcwilliams or almond, even when pitched up.

now i think you guys are just fucking w/me. that david mcwilliams song is on my site.

if I'd heard those tracks in high school in the 80's it could have saved me about a year of listening to those David Sylvian records
