i used to wear new balances full time and also called them newbies

x-post - I love those and the 4th one you posted above. I only wear these with wide leg trouser style jeans but I love them. I could be wrong but I think that somehow they work.

Ha I have 2x dift pairs of New Balances, some grey & orange 574s & some brown/yellow/white 578s, and I <3 them sooo much.

I guess mine are all 574s. I have green and white ones, purple and grey ones and orange and white ones. I need those multi-colored ones now though.

Those Nikes I linked seem like they would feel like wrapping pillows around your feet. I can only imagine how they would smell after wearing them all day, too.

Payless AND some other brand are doing fake Tom's with the "we dump a pair in the third world with every purchase" as well. The Payless ones do not look too bad (compared to Tom's (not a high standard at all imo)) and are 1/3rd of the price of Tom's.
