when i tried on the creative recs i bought this wknd i also tried on a pair of generic mans - the slate grey suede boot w/ the red sole - but the store didnt have my size. also they kinda look too similar to the visvims upthread that i copped

i also liked the sperry canvas laceless deck shoe - theyre p tite w/o being 'too much'

n/a i def dig some of those -- the benten fake boat shoe can get lost imo (esp when the boyne looks better & works similarly) but i fuxx with the nuss & the shaheen (basically, chukkas with flat soles are great)

i've been searching for new shoes for spring because i have no shoes for walking around. except my cowboy boots. which are boots. but even in nyc i could not find what i wanted. so i think i'm just going to cut out some pictures of shoes i like and then just go to this shoemaker dude here and get him to make me some damn shoes.

i got a pair of crocs santa cruz a while back, and while they are too ugly to really wear anywhere, they are extremely comfy. i put them on for short walks around the neighborhood.
