i dunno about finland, but in the uk neil young ain't that much of a thing really. i've only heard is stuff by actively seeking it out. but for some reason 'piece of crap' was on indie radio (and finnish music television) back in '94.

Think it was cos Young was being name-checked by the Grungers of the day and had a bit of a moment in the Indie spotlight happening. NB Americans I'm talking about in the UK

I'm curious to know how the representative song for each artist was determined. Was it simply the highest-ranked song when the votes were compiled (and therefore all lower-ranked songs by the artist were dropped)? Or was it discussed beforehand?
