I'm fascinated by people belt-lifts. My dad says they have 'em in old factories/foundries but you can't install new ones per safety codes, and usually no non-employees are allowed on the grandfathered old ones b/c of insurance coverage. SOB

this note was on our jam space door tonight - the sign was put there by a guy in another band that shares the space, and pretty sure the note was put there by another guy in another band there, but the fact is that for as long as we've been in the bldg, some dudes have been really into drawing penises in the bathrooms, on random walls, etc, and at first it was like wtf whatever but it's ridiculous. i mean there was one that that took up an entire bathroom-stall door. for a while the bathroom down the hall has been locked b/c it's being re-modeled and when my friend richard told this to another guy in the jam space, that guy said in the most deadpan awesome way, 'oh no but where will i go to draw penises now??'
