he's kinda sad to me, like he's searching for something he'll never find. i had a slightly uncomfortable encounter with him at a bar once, but just in a social way. he seems harmless. i don't think he embodies anything greater to me than the fact that some weird people live around here too. i'd say he's damaged somehow, but i think that about most people to one extent or another so...
speaking of neighborhood characters, the cat man was outside brushing kitties today and it was cuet :)
