the ocora thread is out of control. I checked the site out once, looked at my CD table with about three hundred actual discs, looked back at the 400 albums for download and kind of recoiled in terror.

a lot of that place is out of control..i avoided it cause of the name and the bulk for ages...but...and my stacks of cdrs are insanely out of hand...not much left of the dining table

i havent posted anything...offered a few things a while back but then other people beat me to the punch....i need to add some stuff the the guitar thread...not at my computer today,so havent even looked at the site, much less where thats gone.

Dominique, i know it's bad form to request stuff but if you ever have the time and inclination could you upload those Gould/Stokowski "a portrait for radio" docs? i was queued up to get it from you on slsk but the connection keeps failing. if you can't do it that's cool :)

"Blue" Gene Tyranny - "Next Time Might Be Your Time" from Out of the Blue, 1978

this was his debut album, side one is a bunch of prog-country pop songs with Peter Gordon, side two is a long spoken-word field recording drone pile similar to the music Tyranny wrote for Ashley's Private Parts. this is one of the country songs. don't know about the saxophones but this is one of those melodies that gets stuck in your head like the Roches' "Losing True" or something
