I think those campers above are much nicer, but I probably won't buy another pair of campers until I have a decent job again - 50-100% more than Clarks seemed like it made sense when I rationalized that they'd "last longer", but it doesn't matter how good the leather and construction are when the sole wears down in the same time.

I am looking for something similar to this, but not that expensive, and actually in my size. Anyone else know of a good pretty plain black boot that's zip-up or similar?

Looking for some sort of ankle-height thing, since I did a great job of spraining my ankle a while ago and could use some support. Really tempted by those Campers upthread, though.
