was on hypem dot com and listening to fleetwood mac (b/c win media player at work keeps crapping out, hence hypem often) and this cover of everywhere by vampire weekend came on. and i thought i couldn't dislike that band any more than i did already. wow. so awful.

I'm not trying to slight modern music at all, I think every year is a really really great year for music, but can anyone think of an album from this decade as truly badass as Tusk? I really want to hear something that kicks so much ass in so many different ways, but I'm having a hard time thinking of a modern equivalent.

super curious about what "think about it" (rumours outtake) would have sounded like fully fleshed out. it has a 70s-rock edginess that other than the similarly named "think about me" they never really explored too much.

"think about it" is that the same as "kiss and run" ?
