Hi! Anyone looking to buy, sell or trade 2000ADs? I come from Singapore, a country that saldy does not have 2000AD in the newsstands, a situation that began more than five years ago. So if you have any, I'd be happy to hear from you!

Go to the 'fan zone' and then into the 'classified' section of the message board.

Er, I'm flogging a selection of recent progs on ebay at the moment - currently 1397 to 1400, but more are on the way. My seller name is fanboy0212 if you're interested.

I've got a more or less complete run 600-900 in reasonable condition, but I'd only really be willing to part with post-800 progs.

Hi Vic, actually I've already posted there. Managed to secure several deals, mainly purchases. Thanx to that site, I've managed to make good about five years' worth of past issues!

Joe, I've got em all from 600 to 900.

Anyone interested, perhaps drop me an email at ronaldhe@pacific.net.sg. Cheers!

Sory Alan, have 'em all from 250 to 800. Most of my gaps in the weeklies are from before 61 and after 1423. Currently putting together a shipment of recent wins on eBay. Total running at 152, mainly specials, QCs, Fleetways, Eagles, DCs, JD Megs.

Really not as much as you'd hope, 2000 AD back issues don't seem to appreciate in value very much at all.

The 2000AD website gave me a very hefty quote. I think you'd be looking at above £500 for the lot if you could find a buyer there. Individual issues - there's a handy price guide. First Slaine appearance would probably net you enough for a couple of pints.

That's a lot more than I thought it'd be!

You might even get away with £1000. I'm looking at somewhere around that mark if I decide to sell my collection, although a hunk of that would go to Tom as he bought some of them originally. And possibly a slice would end up with the guy whose contents insurance I'm using to store these precious antiques.

My! Sudden surge in interest in this thread! ;p The prices I have been getting are around 60-75pa piece but then I tend to buy in bulk - there has been no 2000ADs or its like available in my next of the woods for many years, so this past year, I have been doing a lot of catching up. Generally I see that pre 100 issues command good prices. One eBay I saw was selling Prog 2 for around 25 quid and climbing. Recent issues can command close to sticker price. A handful of special issues like 1208 also do very well.

I have it confirmed that Steve Dillon has died. He was a giant, and will be much missed.

RIP one of the first comic artists i idolized as a kid.
