shakey, 77 only exists so that regular users of ILX have a space to talk about things they wouldn't necessarily want accessible to lurkers and/or random googlers of ILX. the only requirement to be admitted to 77 is that you be a regular poster on the board. that and you have to have a klout score of about 75.
