of 77? well there's no borad mods so the options would be to 51 sb bump them or if they're harassing other borad folk or harshing the buzz in a way that's inappropriate, you can take a complaint to Mod Request Forum.

There's no issue with regular posters joining 77 as far as I know, but there were problems with sockpuppets, particularly those of banned posters, being let through.
