shit got heated around the slack issue and sleeve lost his temper and made a few comments that were incendiary, and he has communicated to me that he sees this ban as fair and proof of the healthy function of the FP system

Sarahell is subboard mod of ILAFL and she didn't feel comfortable with the conversation carrying on here, and the added responsibility that brings. So she'll yellow card or threadban you if you do it, as is her right! There's a thread on ILE where it is discussed so if you have anything you need to contribute then that's where to go (though now it's calmed down a bit I'd personally prefer it wasn't reignited).

Trayce if you want a yellow card, I can give you one ... it would say happy belated bday atm

you must be baptized in the Admin Log Watch 2. feel the impermanence of the posts which move around you and know the yellowcard, too, will be swept away like so many posts into the Previous Page.

(i think it lasts several days, tops. a mod can probably remove it earlier.)

When I was banned for a week I could look but not post. Just cold, hard reality which sits fine with me.

Yellow carding sounds worse tbh.

They don’t show up on zing so when I’ve been comedy yellow carded I wouldn’t even see it, just read about it on the admin log

i tried to see if i could remove the yellow card, but i don't have that option

Yellow cards just disappear on their own after 3 days or so.

for the record, for approximately a couple minutes, the reason column was blank, so it was a mystery.gif

it's strange how FPs seem to lag so far behind the offending posts. a cohort of ilxors waiting for the clusterfuck season to finish, so they can watch it all at once.

Sometimes we will take upwards of a minute or two, maybe even five whole minutes, to amend the log. Do you use a script that auto-refreshes that page? xp

xp WmC: lol no -- i just had magical timing? ... also, for some reason the system won't let me add a reason in that column when I yellowcard or threadban someone

idk if it's my lack of tech acumen or if it's a "limited mod powers thing" but those features don't work when I try to do them, along with deleting posts
