Are people here seriously questioning why a thread that compares posters to serial killers was instantly locked?!

i was upset the thread got locked bc i found a few good quotes of actual serial killers talking about music to post. interestingly, they didn't sound much like ilm posts.

my favorite twist in this saga is whiney's suggestion that the mods shut down his thread because it targeted white men.

think only two of my posts made it into the poll options, almost disappointed

the majority of poll options could literally have come from any thread on ilm and yet the post "I got eastre stuck in my head and it was driving me crazy" was ignored

not a complaint, this only adds to the value of the thread

if the thread isn't being unlocked, can you post your serial killer quotes here? alternatively, wait a few weeks, create a sock account and post the quotes to the relevant ilm threads and see if anyone notices anything amiss

How does a No Confidence work? Cameron doesn't have a big enough majority to be able to cope with 50+ Tory MPs voting against him. His only hope would be that the other parties who campaigned for Remain choose to support him, and good luck with that.

I suppose there is the possibility that he could scrape home with the support of some Unionists and enough Blairite MPs hoping to provoke all-out war in their own party, but the consequences of being helped over the line by the opposition would be so humiliating to Cameron that he would be hugely diminished for the rest of his tenure.
