Really wish i paid attention to who i was drafting in the 27-29 range

Impatient Youth is me -- I said a few months ago that I was dropping out. Still hoping somebody is willing to pick up my team, but if not, Heyward is going to be a mighty tempting early pick in this league.

ok, i feel stupid for even deliberating on it for so long but I'm keeping Napoli over Denard Span. (my main concern w/ Napoli was that he'd just be platooning at 1B, but I forgot that it's the AL and he can fill in at DH too, as well as the occasional turn at catcher)

I look forward to finishing in the bpttom tier again. I tried to mollify myself in thinking that my keepers would make my team sucking so hard last year worth it this year, but we shall see.

for some insane reason I joined another keeper league with $ involved. there is no age limit on keepers but you can only keep players drafted during/after round 10. weird, eh?

ya - i've heard of that before. that way there isn't a monopoly on elite talent and it's much easier to manage than having to run through everybody's age (ours is still better tho).

last year i didn't check anyone for injuries (\_(OO)-/) and ended up drafting Brandon Webb, Carlos Beltran AND Huston Street

is there any way to add or subtract a round to the draft? having 5 keeper picks has given us an odd number of actual draft rounds, which handicaps the people who pick late in odd numbered rounds (i.e. me)

i guess it's probably locked to # of roster spaces though :/

uh who is the 9th best player in the draft pool.. I would imagine grabbing a closer soonish is a good idea since I have no rps whatsoever and its already round 6.

Z S was awesome enough to list all our keepers upthread tho. which, aside from the Morneau/McCutchen swap, should be accurate.

when i was plugging in the keeper picks it was greying out everyone selected. going by yahoo's rankings, #s1-12 (or maybe 13) were all taken followed by a clump of old people about 5 or so deep then another half dozen more keeper pics before things meshed into more of a 50/50 ratio for a while.
