i thought the movie was pretty dece but is there anything worse in the world than 'graphic novels'? maybe being genocided while reading a graphic novel?

i feel like this band is misunderstood

people want to act like o what hath the internete wrought. but u should never be mad at the internet. for instance one day i could make love to the singer. that would be made possible only via the nets.

attn: have you heard of a little movie called KN0W1NG? i think you need to download this as soon as possible. and, if possible, make me a gif of the FIRE BEAR fever dream sequence. and also the three minute writing/rewriting on a blackboard sequence of nic cage trying to figure out the meaning of the numbers 091101.

you saw kn0w1ing?

Hoos Passansteeno (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 22 March 2009 05:00 (fifteen years ago) link

yes. it wasn't my idea. tho i'm sorry, now, that it wasn't my idea.

this knowing looks amzing indeed - someday nic cage will make a movie so cosmic reality will cease to exist - i saw duplicity which predictably sukd huge dicks but not in a good way

the theory of randomness
lyfe on the cosmic abyss

http://i43.tinypic.com/b6dd8o.gif

a mit professor drives an f150 through the drafty new england fall. innocent children clamor for ancient letters from the past. gleeming foreboding polished stones have their own story to tell. this the first work truthfully described as post-shyamalan apparitions the event horizon. spooky kids. meaningful numbers. alien gmen. the violence is impersonal as little humans are pinballed around and lit on fire. estranged families. prescient dreams. theological deepness. knowing. knowing. knowing...

ice cr?m, Monday, 23 March 2009 14:50 (fifteen years ago) link

:D isn't it the most amazing

yes! i wish i had seen it in the theater instead of downloading a shitty telesync - i bet the plane crash scene was incredible

ice cr?m, Monday, 23 March 2009 18:57 (fifteen years ago) link

omg yes! when he yells "hey, hey you!" at burn victims was one of the highlights, to me. it's great because you are sitting there thinking that dumb tanker is going to blow up and pow! in yr face is an airplane crash -- didn't see that coming did you?

i was def quite stunned by the whole development - i like how he purposefully runs over to the crash then when he gets there hes just all uh hay wha

ice cr?m, Monday, 23 March 2009 19:52 (fifteen years ago) link

the part where he tries to pull a man from a giant fire but then just gives up and kind of waves his hands is pretty great, imo

yah that scene def goes on the nic cage greatest hits reel along w/punching a girl in the face while dressed like a bear part of wickerman

ice cr?m, Monday, 23 March 2009 20:01 (fifteen years ago) link

also the scene where he pours himself a like pint glass full of whiskey and discovers 9/11

nicolas cage career highlights reel

091101...0/911/01...091/101...0/9/110/1...09/11/01. 9/11/01...9/11 COME ON!!!! *goes and googles "9/11"*

icey when's last time you saw something you didnt know wd be shitty beforehand

Past a Diving Jeter (Dr Morbius), Monday, 23 March 2009 20:39 (fifteen years ago) link

thats a totally legitimate question that i cant quite recall the answer to right now

ice cr?m, Monday, 23 March 2009 20:42 (fifteen years ago) link

wait he googled 9/11? if he did then the Oscar is his to lose.

bela fregosi (brownie), Monday, 23 March 2009 20:59 (fifteen years ago) link
