also idk maybe dudes are way more into raunch just don't care as much? also idk what ~straight sex~ is like but ime there is always a concerted effort for a dude to shower if there is even a remote possibility of sex w/ another dude, maybe bcz gay sex is often times very oral and it's just rude not to wash up beforehand.
