I've been writing the woman that broke my drought over the holiday break.She lives 1000 miles away. She suggested we meet halfway. She's also a staffer for a luxury hotel chain (employee rates!)So we met for an extra long weekend last week. Even got out of the hotel room for a few hours. Made a casual plan to see each other again.Is it strange to have this kind of relationship with a pen pal?One of the best weekends ever.(side note: On my return trip, I was pulled over by State Troopers in an unfamiliar state about one hour after smoking a joint. I told them the location of the three roaches in my car and let them search the rest of my vehicle. They did not take me to jail. Still get chills when I think about it, though)
