What I was trying to get at with my last question was, "Are you masturbating because you feel hot and bothered, or are you masturbating to relieve your anxiety?" (It could be both, of course.) Yeah, I've been working on things...meds, new therapist, etc, but I'm still miserably lonely, socially isolated and, yes, horny. It's kind of the inevitable end result of being starved for meaningful human interaction my entire life; it's just that now I can't distract myself with music and movies and shit anymore.

I think the horniness may be your body telling you that you need physical contact with humans. Physical contact of any kind, not just sexual. That's my wild guess. Have you told your therapist about this?
