I change my underwear at least once a day, but I might wear pajama bottoms two nights in a row before changing. Please change your underwear everyday, people.

A while ago, I couldn't afford a whole weeks worth of underwear and would try and postpone laundry day by reusing them. My private, personal terms for underwear that smelled too bad to be used again were "bricked" and "adobed".

The nice thing about underwear is they're small, meaning if you don't want to do all of your laundry, you can wash your undies in the sink.

Clean socks every time I take my socks off actually. May also wash my feet in the sink in between wears. I really wish I could apply this level of grooming to my underwear situation.

I have to admit I'm guilty of the latter. I'm a slob so I just kinda drop clothes all over the place and then suddenly I can never find socks. so I wear the same 2 for several days,
