I was at a wine bar Saturday night and the people at the table next to us had a plate of burrata that was so pretty and voluptuous and they didn't touch it for about 20 minutes! I was staring so hard at it that a guy at the table was like "oh, it's very good, thumbs up." I thought he was going to offer me a bite. I would've only been a little embarrassed.

Right you are. I can attest that the drunk is highly questionable and gives more or less coherent answers, at all stages prior to finally achieving catatonia, and the finality even of this stage is usually temporary. (nudges said drunk experimentally, eliciting mumbles) All good to go!
