I hate coffee

Mint coffee sounds foul. You know what else is foul? The fact that Dunkin Donuts has BERRY flavored coffee. Who on Earth thinks that's a good idea?!

no i didn't make mint syrup yet! i was thinking about berry coffee this morning. it's gross but maybe they meant it to be like coffee that has berry-like overtones? like yirgacheffe or something maybe. anyway it sounds like a complete failure

i have actually had mint syrup in iced coffee it is not so bad but i only put a tiny bit in. also i used to get turkish coffee at this place and they would put an andes mint in the bottom which was a pleasant surprise at the end!

i made a whole bunch of infused simple syrups a while ago and so when i had iced coffee i figured mint was the best choice (over tamarind, lemon, and rosemary) since i had no plain syrup.

If/when I go to gf's family bbqs etc and the turkish (lebanese) coffee is busted out some of the ladies read ur fortune from how the dregs sit in ur cup.

I've had someone read the grounds in my turkish coffee before! I don't believe in that kind of thing at all but it's interesting to me that it's a thing.

I've never had turkish coffee but it scares me more than mint coffee.

ppl who drink coffee with soy milk: do you find that it separates really easily? i feel like unless it's the perfectly balanced blend, this happens all the time. it's annoying. not as annoying as separated milk/cream, though.

my percolator is dying. I ended up pouring the hot water directly into the part where the grounds go and let it filter through, and it made really good coffee. I realized that the percolator hadn't made really good coffee in a while.

I just realised I've been spending baot $30 on takeaway coffees per week. It's worth it tbh.

We get free coffee at work, which I keep trying to convince myself is a really great employee perk, but it's like drinking boiled dishwater. It's the worst coffee I've ever had. And it's kinda weak, I like my coffee like a mule kick to the skull. I think I'm joining Wilter in this takeaway habit.

I mostly go for flat whites tbh, but yuh short or long blacks are the safest option if u don't know if the coffee at a place is shitty or not

drinking coffee right now. lately it doesn't seem hot enough (using the same amount of same temp soy as always though). i think i need a good coffee maker. i did find a better bean, though!

i got this super cheap mr coffee grinder like 10 years ago and it still works perfectly.

maybe everyone else can use them but me? it's a krups blade grinder. it really, really sucks.
