the precious moments mansion is just an incredible monument to narcissism, there's so much of it but it's really amazing how banal it all is.

There are some rooms in it that were so close to being nice, but they went all corporate retreat center instead

what gets me is that despite how big, fancy, and staged things are inside, the outside of the house looks like an abandoned retailer that was shuttered a few years ago

Not gonna lie, my boyhood home has one of those carpeted bedrooms with a brick wall on the inside. Happened after we enclosed the carport to make a fourth bedroom.
