great place to live if you take shrooms every day

This house was occupied by two brothers for 30 years. The owner was a hoarder and the property has about 10 sheds on it. The price is what it is because of the condition of the house. It is in need of a total rehab of the house and the yard. The bones of this house seem good but is not for the faint of heart. There is a strong urine smell throughout and the inside needs to be stripped out and totally redone to make this into something worthwhile, or just bulldozed and stick a new house on the lot.

it is a pretty fly pool but yeah interesting contrast to the number of listings i've seen where the pool is minimized or not even photographed.
