xp, IDK it just looks like an awkward layout resulting from an awkwardly shaped building resulting from an effort to put the maximum # of apartments on an awkwardly shaped lot to me. And it's absurdly expensive for the area, although the terrace has a "bar pergola."

I love how the attempts at grandeur break down once we reach an actual room - just 8 foot ceilings, Venetian blinds, and an ill-proportioned room struggling to make sense of way way too many windows. Good luck putting anything in there besides miscellaneous objects arranged in order to vaguely suggest a hobby or lifestyle choice.

This house was occupied by two brothers for 30 years. The owner was a hoarder and the property has about 10 sheds on it. The price is what it is because of the condition of the house. It is in need of a total rehab of the house and the yard. The bones of this house seem good but is not for the faint of heart. There is a strong urine smell throughout and the inside needs to be stripped out and totally redone to make this into something worthwhile, or just bulldozed and stick a new house on the lot.
