a couple of days ago i changed my myspace password. The e-mail adress i used was [email protected] since that was my school e-mail adress, but now i dont go to that school anymore they cancelled my e-mail adress. My current e-mail adress is [email protected] So now i dont know what my password is and i wont find out will you please help me out??

Hey!
I have posted variuos answers in posts before realising how dense I was being, and not actually answering the question, just posting more, so I thought I would summerise here.
Basically someone I considered a friend had my loggin details for my myspace and email, so I had to create a new email ([email protected]) and I would hate to have to create a whole new myspace profile, not just the effort, just there's alot of very special messages in there I want to re read etc etc.
Just wondering if it would be possible to retrieve the lost password at all, because if i could get what she changed the password to one to, its likely she may have changed both to the same :s
Anything I can do to prove it's me?

Would it be possible to either retrieve or change the password to my email or myspace?
I can't access either as my so called friend changed the password
Sorry, I am a bit confused myself at the moment
The log in details for myspace and hotmail is [email protected]
However since I can't access this could the password(s) be wither posted on here and I'll change it, or emailed to me.
Sorry If I'm muddled, been a bit of a difficult time with my friend and everything :(
