I came upon them just purely by accident, there is a promo cd out on torrents, called "the world outside". Its a single and I think Ghosts is the name of the band actually. I played the single over and over, I immediately loved it. Never heard of them or the single before. will do some research on the net later tonight and get back to you.

2) Rockism is prefering almost adoring rock music over other kind of music like rap, hip hop or pop. As it started in the 80' I belive it is more in to heavy metal or hard rock not so much in rock and roll, because rock and roll includes other musical genres. But rockism is almost rasist towards hip hop or r&b and sexist towards female performers and homophobic towards disco music. So i think rockism is over rated 'favorisation' of rock music and discriminating all other kinds of music.

2)rockism in my opinion is a term you can use to label bands.
it implies that this particular band/group/mc whatever gets some kind
of credibility.it may derive from rock music but it became its own
hm.. eigenleben its own life. so its suitable for all kinds of music
genres.its some kind of word which makes a band just more worth
listening to. right? so as a conclusion i would say its something you
may use for talking about any bands to whoever to describe them.giving
a band some kind of accolade.

personality. even a schoolband has its people who think they are
great.so its just a matter of TASTe! its hard to give it an objective
view.
i mean even a guy who writes for the rolling stone just gives in its
own subjective article. and i dont think im in the position to judge
which one of these is better. i just can give you an answer to this
based on nothing else but my taste. and there are anyways so many
influencing things.as mood , time , day , weather . so sorry but that
