Any ideas for super-warm, super-comfy, super-stylish boots that will stand up to snowy streets?

You could move to Florida and not have to wear them at all.

Search La Canadienne. Gorgeous WATERPROOF boots.

All right. My gross winter boots that I never liked anyway are leaking and I need some help because I have Many Shoe Challenges. Here's what I need:
Waterproof (water resistant does not cut it)Zipper entry, preferablyUnder $200 (which eliminates La Canadienne, alas)Size 11 women 9 men. Wide width is preferable for women's sizes but whatever. Mid-calf or lower
Unfortunately, Kamik and Merrill don't work because they only go up to an 11 and their 11 runs small, the fuckers.
I'd prefer something resembling some sort of style*, and they need to be black. Otherwise I don't care what they look like.
I LOVE STYLE CAN YOU HELP ME????
*this would be a counter example to "something resembling some sort of style": http://thumbs.thatsmyboot.com/medium/toe-warmers-spark-black-a-0-9596.jpg

I'm totally willing to compromise on the zip entry if need be.
