pretty sure I had a pair of these when I was a kid. I love the waffle cleats on the bottom. Anyone know if the waffle style is still a thing?

I don't get this whole style moment of sneakers being a couple of ounces of styrofoam and a synthetic mesh upper and being hundreds of dollars. It could not be any clearer that the shoe cost about $1.67 to make.

they aren't hundreds of dollars afaik. ultraboosts are like 100 dollars or something?

i prefer the normal ones to the uncaged ones but they're incredibly hard to get - they sell out instantly. think they look a lot nicer on the foot than in images like the above too.

ya agreed, i can't get w/ these

i like them and think it's on trend and fits in with the acceptance of sweats and joggers as every day wear

i like this style of shoe but it doesnt fit the shape of my foot which is sad

i compromise by rocking the nike trainerendors as depicted in the second post of this thread

fairly slim jeans and they look fine. i also think they are prob more durable than a lot of other sneakers, not less. roshe runs definitely were and i have a pair of adidas tubular which are indestructible.
