Obama leaking his post-Presidency plans to join Everlane in that photo.

Jeb/'s outfit was completely distracting during the CNBC debate last week.

saw a dude on the subway today with one of those super long jackets, like it wasn't a coat, it was a jacket that went down to his ankles. Didn't really like it. Stop trying to make ultralong jackets/shirts happen.

on entre O.K. on sort K.O. (man alive), Wednesday, 11 November 2015 20:52 (ten years ago)

i have this heavy flannel shirt-jacket, more like a jacket tbh (it has pockets), i have been experimenting w/ buttoning the top button, i feel like it works for this jacket, it a nice balance against an otherwise kind of chunky and rugged piece of clothing.

marcos, Thursday, 12 November 2015 17:40 (ten years ago)

also that spiritual guru cardigan is dope but i couldn't do it myself

marcos, Thursday, 12 November 2015 17:41 (ten years ago)

also how do yall feel about army patterns ie camo? i wear that "military green" color all the time but i haven't ever worn like true camo idk if i could do it or not

marcos, Thursday, 12 November 2015 17:54 (ten years ago)

Dislike. But I think that is partially because of the PTSD I have from growing up in the american south.

Jeff, Thursday, 12 November 2015 18:23 (ten years ago)

dont think ive ever worn a camo garment

lag∞n, Thursday, 12 November 2015 19:50 (ten years ago)

don't wear camo imo

call all destroyer, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:04 (ten years ago)

lol probably a good idea

marcos, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:06 (ten years ago)

agree.

mattresslessness, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:08 (ten years ago)

camo can work i think. i mean camo pants are a no-go and a camo bandana on your head is a DEFINITE no-go (lol bandanas on heads) but... i wouldn't urle it out, it's an interesting pattern.

nerd shit (Will M.), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:12 (ten years ago)

I can get with old-school 80s camo to some degree but nowadays when I think about camo clothing it's all Realtree and Mossy Oak logo stuff on dudes in big trucks with WOLVES: SMOKE A PACK A DAY stickers in the rear window or women in the pink version of the same with COWGIRL UP stickers in their rear windows.

nb: I live near Idaho.

joygoat, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:13 (ten years ago)

i think part of what made me think "hmm maybe?" is the colors, they go well w/ olive or brown skin

joygoat yea i live in the city so i am more inspired by the streetwear aspects vs the hunting gear aspects

yes wave (rip van wanko), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:18 (ten years ago)

hah ok yeah, i live in montreal so that's not really a thing here.

i owuld maybe fuck with a camo backpack? or like a t-shirt layered under some less busy patterns?

also ok: fucking w/ non-woodland colors

nerd shit (Will M.), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:19 (ten years ago)

will not wear camo

on entre O.K. on sort K.O. (man alive), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:24 (ten years ago)

this parka i was thinking about comes in camo, it lessens the "llbean dad" vibe i spoke to before but in camo it basically becomes a hunting coat and idk if that is what i want

marcos, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:27 (ten years ago)

that jacket was meant to be red/black plaid, no use denying it

call all destroyer, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:29 (ten years ago)

don't stick yourself with novelty outerwear, you have to wear it every day and you will reduce yourself to a one-joke walk-in character in the sitcom of somebody else's life

nerd shit (Will M.), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:31 (ten years ago)

prob wouldn't wear camo garments, never have, but i do have a camo scarf, like a wool scarf in camo - it is p great imo esp when i mostly wear all black or all navy

doing my Objectives, handling some intense stuff (LocalGarda), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:32 (ten years ago)

xp on the other hand you could be part of a really good sitcom

mattresslessness, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:33 (ten years ago)

Camo hunting jacket is a definite no imo, creepy vibe

on entre O.K. on sort K.O. (man alive), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:40 (ten years ago)

only wear one if u plan on hunting ppl imo

lag∞n, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:47 (ten years ago)

camo rules fuck yall

adam, Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:48 (ten years ago)

the only ppl that i see wearing camo are like late 30s art dads that pair them with new balance 556s. like most military-inspired street fashion stuff it always seems kinda lame

dead (Lamp), Thursday, 12 November 2015 20:48 (ten years ago)

generally i associate camo with the mentally ill and actual military people but i do have a hot photo of me and my gf merging into one in matching camo tshirts that I wld never post here ofc

ogmor, Thursday, 12 November 2015 21:30 (ten years ago)

nerd shit (Will M.), Thursday, 12 November 2015 21:38 (ten years ago)

love local features with "real people" - the smaller the area the better.

lanyards are big in bristol it seems

canoon fooder (dog latin), Friday, 13 November 2015 13:57 (ten years ago)

i understand not wanting to wear camouflage but that covers a pretty broad swath of patterns and they're not all military flavored. there's a differences in signification between, say, digital camo or desert camo and woodland hunting camo. would never wear the former but i can fuck with the latter in moderation.
