side note, in saskatchewan they call pullover hoodies "bunny hugs," which is adorable and belongs itt

the difference is it doesnt matter if u call a hot dog a sandwich u will still eat the hot dog but with hoodies u will wear the wrong hoodie

I have one hoodie. It's a woman's hoodie an old roommate gave me like fifteen years ago. It is a zip hoodie and it's red and I wear it when it's raining enough that I need protection but not enough that i would take an umbrella.

i have four hoodies, two pullover and two zip, both have their place imo but I do notice I tend to wear the zip ones mostly zipped up

one of the pullovers is a supreme hoody made by reigning champ and it is pretty much bulletproof

one of the zip hoodies is a polo ralph lauren basic model, it is also extremely well made and has lasted years and years

i have to disagree with the james perse recommendation -awhile back I was buying a ton of his stuff and all of it fell apart within a year

if you want to talk stupidly expensive try real mccoy's. i have a few of their sweatshirts (not hoodies) and they are pretty much the finest sweatshirts known to man. i have had them for like six years and they pretty much look brand new

now i feel somewhat like a jackass for ripping mccoy's, getting into "craftsmanship, consumerism, virtue, privilege, and quality" territory here i fear

i have a james perse white tee and i agree the quality isn't amazing. not really bad, and it definitely feels nicer to wear than other tees i have, but after a couple of washes parts of it lost the smoothness. i've yet to find a type of white t-shirt that i can just keep buying, safe in the knowledge it is good fit and quality.

ive been living out of a suitcase for the last few months and am excited to be reunited w the rest of my clothes :)

i don't like hoodies, wear sweatshirts only. i like reigning champ a lot, though I've never bought any of their t-shrits etc. just the sweatshirts.

I'm pretty happy with the Gustin tees for the price btw, although they're a little on the long side for me.

I've been looking at some shops/labels that I usually like and I'm starting to think AW15 just isn't for me. Everything is grey and in some weird material.

Pullover hoodies look OK but they're too much of a commitment. With zip-ups, you can moderate your temperature. In a pullover when I overhear I have to take the whole thing off.

I guess I could pull it up over my belly till I cool off.

je55e otm. i like the couple of pullover hoodies i have but there is always that moment of OK i'm showing everyone my bare torso for a good couple of seconds while i peel it off over my head

I also can't really wear sweaters for the same reason. That's the true tragedy of overheating easily.

I have one hooded sweatshirt. it has a zipper. its predecessor had one as well. I will never spend more than $25 inflation-adjusted 2015 USD on a sweatshirt. I always wear an undershirt so I wouldn't have that pullover problem, but putting a hood on a pullover seems like a waste of a good pullover. t-shirt doesn't help, it always rides up. my other hand vainly attempting to hold my t-shirt down when peeling up the hoodie, but it always rides up and then not only am i half-naked in the office i'm engaged in this ridiculous, failed exercise in primness when really the room needs to be paying to see this bod
