I thought I had dreamt it but then they showed up today

It's kinda got a subtle blue-gray thing going on too

And since it's not indigo it's not gonna get all over my goddam clothes

leather patch looks like really nice leather, the jeans i wear have shitty patches that always rip and crumble

guys wtf is up with ripped knees these days

like 3 months ago it just STARTED and now it's everywhere. i saw a television magician appear on a talkshow and he was wearing leather trousers with pre-ripped knees.

asos and topman spread these trends p quickly - via kanye west i think, in this case.

i mean obv ripped jeans have been around longer than kanye etc, but as far as this trend goes

ripped jeans were a.. what, metal thing in the early 80s i guess? and immediately prompted spates of pre-ripped jeans (usually also acid-washed).. weird to see it coming back. though this time the rips are specific to the knee and just the knee. the rest of the jeans are impeccable.
