i think chain wallets can totally work if you have kind of a punk aesthetic going on. but if you have sideburns that go down to your jawline and you wear a fedora then no they are nagl imo

most of my understanding of raves comes from tv shows in the early 2000s i think. p sure they went to a rave on dawsons creek once but dawson was wearing mom jeans and an ill-fitting sweater with a horizontal stripe

the chain wallet works best in conjunction with chain sleeves and socks that chain to your shoes

I've had a wallet chain for like twenty years now (it's totally visible in a pic from 1994 I posted in the old photos thread the other day). I don't hang it out (anymore at least) but I clip my keys to the chain and keep them in my front pocket, so there's just a small piece of thin chain that runs from my right hip pocket to the front one.

It lets me always keep my keys and wallet tied together and attached to me and I can easily fish my keys out of my pocket with it.

has the carabiner w/ keys replaced the wallet chain?

stevie i think you could for sure pull off a chain wallet in certain looks, the thing i would question is if you always want to be wearing a chain wallet, like every single day (unless you want to be a weird person with multiple wallets).

yeah maybe the weird thing about it is it does look pretty formal but ppl dont wear it that way like they often wear them casually like w/o a tie like its just a suit m8, which i mean fair enough

i bought a very dark charcoal suit that might as well have been black but i returned it, not cause of the color cause it didnt fit
