so suitsupply's fits are slim as fuck, huh. jcrew ludlow tuxedo in 44 was wayyyy closer to fitting me (like could be altered to fit me) than suitsupply.

going to try suitsupply's 46. reluctant to fall back on jcrew because they made a couple decisions on detailing that really drive me nuts (plastic-looking jacket button, flap pockets).

i was going to complain offhand that i liked the look of their midnight blue tux except for the friggin flap pockets shown in the pics, apparently those could be customized out but why is there not a comprehensive list of options before you order?

flaps just look bad on eveningwear there's no reason for them. maybe they were the tuck in kind but i would never have them untucked so i'd prefer that they just not be there at all.

my brother started using some clothes buying service about a year ago - gotta hand it to them, he is dressing a bit better. i guess if you don't really like shopping or clothes they can work, assuming you can afford it.
