When I was younger I could really grow a proper welcome-back-kotteresque jewfro. Now it's sort of partly wavy, partly curly, thin and thick.

i have tricky cowlicks and am always disappointed with my haircuts. i found a walk-in lady who's actually really good and i've been going to her for the last 4 months or so and i am very happy. it's really just trial and error

if u get ur hair cut a lot like every 3 weeks its not as big of a deal cause theyre just cleaning up whats already there u cn kinda maintain ur base do

lag∞n, Friday, 20 February 2015 16:22 (eleven years ago)

yeah that's what i've been doing lately because of my interviews and i've found that it is much more low-stress

I want to do this. I even made it a sort of a new year's resolution, but my barber's hours don't mesh well with mine so I wind up going almost 8 weeks usually.

I tried getting there 15 minutes before they open at 7 a.m. and there were already 4 guys lined up in the 15F gusting snow, so I said fuck that.

Got a better than usual cut today at a new place, but it was $30 -- a little spendy for me. Still, tough to find a really good cut cheap in midtown.

How does Everlane's sizing run compared to Am App?

And whose referral link should I use, jh0 or max?

; )

, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:04 (eleven years ago)

use maxes that shit dont fit me man

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:19 (eleven years ago)

slimmer and longer than ammy appy prob id say

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:33 (eleven years ago)

i have an am appy hoodie and and everlane hoodie both in S and the everlane hoodie is longer and a little looser, it fits me (5'11", small shoulders) much better than the AA which is p tight

max, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:38 (eleven years ago)

in their comparable crewneck sweatshirts the everlane is def slimmer, too slim 4 me, i guess a diff cut than the hoodie

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:42 (eleven years ago)

omg i was just checking my order to return it and i realized i accidentally ordered a small sweatshirt! lol mystery solved re not fitting, the sleeves are still too long for me on the small tho so i will prob not go for the medium, dan i will sell it to u if u want it for the price i paid w discount $20 its a p nice garment wld prob fit u

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:47 (eleven years ago)

also ime AA fits are like all over the place, there is no quality control

max, Sunday, 22 February 2015 15:49 (eleven years ago)

jh0 do you have a link

, Sunday, 22 February 2015 16:13 (eleven years ago)

, Sunday, 22 February 2015 16:20 (eleven years ago)

its okay to have multiple black sweatshirts take it from me

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 16:21 (eleven years ago)

also multiple gray sweatshirts

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 16:21 (eleven years ago)

and multiple navy prob (i shd look into this)

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 16:21 (eleven years ago)

that sweatshirt doesn't have the lil triangle so it's trash i'm afraid

"soft handfeel" sounds nice tho

r|t|c, Sunday, 22 February 2015 16:46 (eleven years ago)

um actually the little triangle is whats bad sorry we might need to split into two diff bords over this divisive issue

Everlane is cool 'n all, and I'd love to own one of the overnight bags max reps, but for sweatshirts I cannot think they are better than American Giant.

i have one of those and it's pretty great but i've been afraid to buy another one because, as many of the comments on that website attest, the "fit" seems to have changed and become more boxy, which i hate.

ryan, Sunday, 22 February 2015 19:28 (eleven years ago)

american giant is all abt being the best made sweatshirt in the universe but its no fashion

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 20:43 (eleven years ago)

say what you will lag∞n, but i'm ill as f in my AG sweatshirt, flannel dog boxers and fur-lined moccasins

the captain beefheart of personal hygiene (soda), Sunday, 22 February 2015 20:46 (eleven years ago)

im not saying u cant flip it like a champ just that its of a different category

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 20:49 (eleven years ago)

i remember reading about it and was kind of interested, tho best-made last forever is not really my aesthetic, but then when they were talking about like the extra panels they added on the side and arms and stuff i was like nah cause thats not frequency

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 20:55 (eleven years ago)

also anyone who thinks the zip hoodie is the foundational hoodie doesnt know anything about hoodies

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 20:56 (eleven years ago)

the pullover is the core hoodie, zip vers is a variant, and inferior tbqh

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 20:57 (eleven years ago)

a discerning gentleman owns maximum one zippered hoodie for every two pullovers

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:01 (eleven years ago)

the zip hoodie just has no structural integrity, try putting up the hood it looks like a wet rag, try putting it down it still looks like a wet rag

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:08 (eleven years ago)

i h8 hoodies

no (Lamp), Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:13 (eleven years ago)

rude

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:14 (eleven years ago)

Can't even respond to that.

Jeff, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:14 (eleven years ago)

idk i never want a hood on my head, <3 sweatshirts though

no (Lamp), Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:17 (eleven years ago)

i love hoods, long time hood fan

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:19 (eleven years ago)

like i wont even buy a parka if the hood is detachable

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:20 (eleven years ago)

i dont love having hats on my head is prob part of that

lag∞n, Sunday, 22 February 2015 21:21 (eleven years ago)

i mean i wear a winter cap when ness but id rather not
