Just got feet, don't got SHOES

i need a pair of comfortable, YET GLAMOROUS high heels for my Vegas trip in November. Anyone got any ideas!?

Have you tried any of the Cole Haan heels, carl? Since he did that whole nike thing I've heard p good things from my heel-wearing friends about how comfortable they are

High-heeled boots and shoes with laces or straps are like 300% more wearable ime than pumps or open shoes.

yep, I have found the most comfortable heels i have are usually t-straps or mary janes

PS I have a pair of wedges v similar to those but the soles are even worse, they're WOOD, and the uppers are red patent. Still, it is past the middle of October, find some pride.

I have a pair of wedges are similar to those red ones but in green and turquoise. They are less uncomfortable than heels. But they are definitely summer shoes.

I wish I could find a pair of platform sandals with a wider heel. I hate all these narrow heels!

i FINALLY got my new boots (infinity shoes took 4 weeks to ship!!!!!!): the india wedge boot and the collette ankle boot i mention here

they are way nicer IRL, the india boot is what i've been searching for forever and they are SO COMFORTABLE - like crazy comfy. i was also impressed that the collette boots come with little replacement pads for the bottom of the heels.

Yes, love them. I have a pair of red Miz Mooz that I love but are slightly small. Has anyone had any success having shoes stretched by a cobbler before?

Not recently, but in the UK in the past I have done. Very tiny difference, though. Also, I could swear my feet have grown a bit in the last 5 years o_0

They're really cute so I think I'll give it a shot but it doesn't work i'll come back and see if anyone wants them. :)

My neighbor showed me a really nice pair of I think Cole Haan boots that she got as a gift but were too narrow. They didn't stretch them, they actually sewed in matching colors of leather to add to the width. Nice work. Place in Queens that she likes. This is obv not an answer unless you have a good full-service cobbler around but it could save that pair of boots you just LOVE.

they have a pretty sleek sole (instead of heavy/chunky tread) so they should be pretty wearable with dresses/skirts, i think?

I like that they are future-boots, but the shape of the heel/wedge isn't a look that I go with, prob b/c I think it's not in proportion for me, but could be for someone else. I would see if they can be waterproofed, maybe?

Orbit, they're supposed to be waterproof but also I have this spray (of the type that shoe stores flog all the time). Is it possible to get boots permanently waterproofed somehow?

I wear Bass saddle shoes now too...mine are tan with a rich navy color. Great for work casual with colorful socks. I don't have the nerve for black and white ones!

They're lovely, but I'm honestly a bit scared to wear them- they're the first really nice pair of shoes I've owned in a long time and I'm not sure how to keep from ruining them, aside from being religious about using a shoe tree.
