anyway ime the physically quality of supreme stuff is overrated ... sometimes really really good and sometimes not so much

i know nothing about cdg except that $400 is about right for a shirt

the late great, Wednesday, 1 August 2012 02:35 (thirteen years ago)

the late great, Wednesday, 1 August 2012 02:36 (thirteen years ago)

nyc

max, Wednesday, 1 August 2012 04:02 (thirteen years ago)

i think at least 3/4 of the purchases on those days go on to get flipped online

the late great, Wednesday, 1 August 2012 04:07 (thirteen years ago)

yeah last time I stopped to talk to a couple of the kids waiting in line and they were loudly complaining abt eBay sellers and accusing various ppl in line

max, Wednesday, 1 August 2012 11:12 (thirteen years ago)

the late great, 35 pounds for a tie-dyed hanes beefy tee with a 1-color print is insanely overpriced, jesus god, especially since that dye is super basic

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Wednesday, 1 August 2012 17:31 (thirteen years ago)

i got tons of unprinted tie-dyes just laying around the office here, some are pretty rad samples, i'll snap some photos

♆ (gr8080), Wednesday, 1 August 2012 18:23 (thirteen years ago)

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Wednesday, 1 August 2012 18:29 (thirteen years ago)

bc that's real easy to do, all u need is RIT & some rubber bands & a cotton tee!

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Wednesday, 1 August 2012 18:33 (thirteen years ago)

looked at FUN SHIRTS on the wknd, couldnt pull the trigger, even tho there was a reasonably cheep j.crew one that fit really well and was muted enough to wear lots

what makes you think its a pun (Lamp), Wednesday, 1 August 2012 19:38 (thirteen years ago)

i am not a big fan of jcrew shirting tbh

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Wednesday, 1 August 2012 20:32 (thirteen years ago)

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Thursday, 2 August 2012 14:01 (thirteen years ago)

J crew has some nice stuff
I think $400 for a CdG shirt is actually a bit low?
I'm mad that CdG PLAY is just super basic shit with a goofy logo on it and not at all signature CDG-weird
I worked at Kohls for a minute and their men's clothes are abysmal, like they look SO BAD, and they almost never get smalls, and when they do they're lolhueg

the mandy moorhols (Stevie D(eux)), Thursday, 2 August 2012 14:05 (thirteen years ago)

so into this shirt

It is perhaps a bit small/bunchy but 0 is how many shits I give tbh

the mandy moorhols (Stevie D(eux)), Thursday, 2 August 2012 14:22 (thirteen years ago)

I have a couple white shirts with dense floral prints. Only kind of fun, but not all fun is maximal, I guess.

Stevie, that shirt is nice and complements your hair.

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:08 (thirteen years ago)

stevie it depends if we're talking about a commes des garcons shirts or a commes des garcons shirt shirt, if you know what i mean

i think the supreme thing is by commes des garcons shirt and not by commes des garcons

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:12 (thirteen years ago)

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:12 (thirteen years ago)

ugh those colors make me feel sick

the last one you posted was awesome but hawaiian shirts have such goofy sizing. a m w/ a 46 chest and 18.5 shoulders?!?

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:14 (thirteen years ago)

yeah i mean they are generally cut short & boxy

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:19 (thirteen years ago)

as if they were cut to fit the people of hawaii, makes you think

bought 200 dollar hawaiian shirt, still look like tool

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:36 (thirteen years ago)

i am v boxy in shape tho so it works for me. this is p much the reason fat dudes love hawaiian shirts and also guayaberas

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:37 (thirteen years ago)

i prefer boxy shirts in general myself

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:38 (thirteen years ago)

tlg don't you own like a million pairs of ridiculously expensive silly-looking sneakers? :)

your native bacon (mh), Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:48 (thirteen years ago)

how is that shirt $200 and why does it have hip pockets

real men have been preparing manly dishes for centuries (elmo argonaut), Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:51 (thirteen years ago)

nah just two

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:51 (thirteen years ago)

the fur ones, other than that it's pretty much stan smiths, tennis classics and new balances

and these ones i guess

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 15:56 (thirteen years ago)

i am p short and boxy tbh!!!

stevie that shirt is great-- looks great on u

j crew has shirts that LOOK great but they are sized/sewn v v weird usually and often made of material that looks great on a hangar but not so great on you (or me, at least)

♆ (gr8080), Thursday, 2 August 2012 16:51 (thirteen years ago)

i think the thomas mason / j crew shirts are some of the best shirts i've ever owned, of course they are about twice as much as regular j crew shirt

the late great, Thursday, 2 August 2012 16:59 (thirteen years ago)

yeah ive never found a j crew shirt that actually fits me

max, Thursday, 2 August 2012 17:18 (thirteen years ago)
