Oh man, I want to like this, but I'm wishing the chorus did something...more.

it is already a very generous chorus

This is by far my favorite Derulo song, despite the falsetto coming like four years late.

Heard this the other day, and yeah, it's nice, but really, it treads awfully close to Maroon 5 territory, which makes me uneasy. Obviously JD's voice is at least tolerable, though, which is a major step in the right direction.

yeah this chorus has something "love somebody" about it. guitar is kind of like that one jessie j song "domino."

if u know me you'll know this aint my feng shui to begin with but even within the boundaries of admirable craftsmanship the echo repeat crowd chorus feels like a cold clammy hand

this song is clearly going to be a big radio hit so those of u who like it will be pleased to hear it in every public space for the next 8 months

also sorta feel like this trend was kicked off by "hold on we're going home"

yeah the Trey Songz track that this most reminded me of when i thought it might be Trey was BoB's "Not For Long" and that was basically a "Hold On" knockoff, so there's some connection there

i don't like "Love Me Like You Do" as much as the other Ellie Goulding on the charts right now, "Outside," but it's ok i guess

sums it up for me. it's catchy and the drum fills are nice i guess
