Billy Bob Brockali - Bass Guitar. Located on stage left. He was the mascot for ShowBiz Pizza Place throughout its existence, and his image was on most of the merchandise. Billy Bob is a bear who wears a red and yellow-striped pair of overalls.

Looney Bird - Vocals. Looney Bird shares Billy Bob's stage. His head is the only thing ever seen, the rest of him supposedly hiding in an oil drum. Some shows featured a segment where Looney Bird would answer fan mail; for this, the robot was retrofitted to include a pair of hands which popped up holding a piece of paper for him to read.

Dook LaRue - Drums / Vocals. Dook is a dog who wore a silver space suit. The character is unique in that when setup properly, he has the ablility to actually play a 4 piece drum kit in time with the music.

Fatz Geronimo - Keyboard / Vocals. Fatz is a giant gorilla who wears a gold tuxedo. He is a parody of real-life entertainer Fats Domino.

Beach Bear - Electric Guitar / Vocals. Beach Bear is a "surfer" polar bear who wears beach shorts.

Mitzi Mozzarella - Vocals. Mitzi was a mouse and a cheerleader. Wears a white and green cheerleader uniform.

Rolfe deWolfe - Located on stage right. Rolfe is a wolf, but less of a musician, and more of a stand up comedian and ventriloquist (providing Earl's voice), although he did sing and had a cymbal. Replaced temporarily by Uncle Klunk.

Earl Schemerle - Earl is Rolfe's hand puppet, although he has a personality of his own.

Uncle Klunk - This character was only placed in around 30 stores for a limited period of time, and would replace Rolfe & Earl on stage right. Uncle Klunk was the only human character ever placed in the show. He performed talk show type skits along with his bird "Click" (Later renamed to "Murray D. Bird"). A signature phrase of his was, "Kids, don't smoke Crayolas!" He would also be retrofitted with a Santa Claus costume and stage set for the holidays.

Others - The show also has several smaller prop characters. These characters have only one or two movements and do not usually have speaking roles. All of these characters are located on the center portion of the stage. The "Sun" located behind the trees on the left, the "Moon" located behind the trees on the right, "Antioch" the spider, who drops from the ceiling and "Choo-Choo" the baby bear who hides in a small tree stump.

There is also Rock-afire Pizza operating in Southern California, in the desert city of Indio. This venue is in no way connected to Showbiz or Chuck E Cheese restaurant but does boast having The Rock-afire Band and regalia.

The Rock-afire Explosion New Show Bid List
This page updated on 7/17/08

Have you wanted to see the Rock-afire Explosion perform your favorite song? Would you like to have us program a song for your girlfriend, boyfriend, mother or child? Well, here's how to make it happen!

"Song Bidding Competition" is the page where the list of songs being bid on for the Rock-afire Explosion to perform are listed.

"Winning Songs" is the page where the songs which have won the bidding and have been choreographed and video taped are listed. One or two of these may still be in process at any particular time.

"Our Policy on Dirty Songs" is self explanatory.

For a song to win, the bidding for that song must reach at least $100, but, we really hope the bids will reach much higher levels eventually as an average song takes about a week of work or more. We are always working on the song(s) at the top of the list. We will keep selecting songs to do as we finish one and are planning to eventually be completing one new song a week regardless of whether the bids are low or high. We will be adding choreographers to the team to help produce these videos, so you will see the pace of videos being produced pick up over the coming months.

The song with the highest total bids will be meticulously programmed, and produced as a video and posted on the "fanprograms" channel on YouTube. If your song is not today's winner, the bids will be carried over to tomorrow, and into the future, increasing its chances of eventually winning. The money collected from these bids will be used to compensate the choreographers for their work and to maintain their Rock-afire Explosions and possibly pay for beer and child support.

To place a bid for a song, please send your donation/bid of any amount ($5.00 minimum) by PayPal to aa✧✧✧.fech✧✧✧@g✧✧.n✧✧. I had to raise the minimum bid because of the high fees PayPal takes for small amounts.

Please state the name of the song/artist you are bidding to have choreographed and videotaped. When bids are received for songs, the song titles and total bid amounts will be listed here as soon as possible, and you will receive an email notifying you that your bid has been received and posted. Good luck bidding.

For more information, please contact Creative Engineering, Inc. at aa✧✧✧.fech✧✧✧@g✧✧.n✧✧

Currently being choreographed: "Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels) by Arcade Fire.

"Lollipop" and "Mary" moving up on the charts!

Expected (approximate) completion date of "Neighborhood #1"- 7/31/08
Expected date of next song to be chosen: 8/7/08

gr8080, Friday, 18 July 2008 03:28 (eleven years ago) link

Winning Songs

As songs are selected from the top of the bid list and the choreography of that song is begun, it will be listed here along with its current state of completion. This list shows the winning songs, the final bids/donations that the song achieved to win, and links to both the original artist performing the song as well as the link to the Rock-afire Explosion's performance of the song..
