Really good show last night. The energy and joy from both Rick and Karl was so good to watch.

Zero regrets at finally seeing Bailterspace live last night here in SF but that did mean I had to miss Underworld, who I similarly have never seen. Annoying! One day hopefully.

StanM I swear there was at least a segment, with some heavy vocal treatment and some anthemic synth and yellow fill lights red laser as described, that I don't recognize from any of those tracks. Was a highlight for me. Could have been a variation on the end of one of them I guess.

They'll probably do the same set tonight, watch again!

ah well. That interview for the single release did say they'd be working on music "on tour"... so this leaves a bunch of time for that maybe. Whatever they're up to isn't ready to be announced.

I imagine *they* think of a week in California as being on tour - and possibly going home for a month before one more American festival gig as being in tour mode, too.

I don’t really know Underworld at all and am only familiar with Hyde’s collabs with Eno but agree, this is terrific. I kind of wonder what it’s going to sound like when it (presumably) has instrumentation.
