nu-ILX can help me ID a song, RIGHT?

OK, this song is in the pop-alternative style of about 1998 or so. The chorus is sung at least in part in male falsetto. The first two words of the chorus are "turn around" I think. The chorus is followed by a brief melodic fill played on a distorted (but not fuzzy) electric guitar. It basically sounds like Third Eye Blind. It might actually be Third Eye Blind. I heard it in a restaurant last week and just want to know title/artist. I love you all.
