I am intrigued by the idea of a ska version of the Star Wars theme (as performed by an actual reggae act, not No Doubt or something*), and apparently this was released as a 12" on Island back in '77 (I really wanted this for my CDR-Go), but apparently there's only two ways I've found to get it:
1) on slsk, which is not working all that optimally for me right now because I'm behind an unconfigurable router firewall thing, and besides it only appears to be shared by a grand total of one person
2) by spending upwards of $30 on a Japanese import of Man From Wareika
Anyone got this? Anyone wanna trade?
*No Doubt did, in fact, cover the Imperial March live with the horns and everything. It's pretty fun, actually.

janitors against apartheid does ska-wars renditions
in the "breakfast pastry is mighty tasty" song
which is about as tasteful as star wars covers go.
they also did ska tribute to ac/dc i think.

That import is so worth it. Now someone needs to reissue these:
That Man Is Forward (2 Tone) 81
Jama Rico (2 Tone) 82
