Anyway, it's easy to forget how good REM were once, I mean all their albums for abt 10 yrs have been pretty miserable experiences when I've heard them, but I would say that "Green" is probably better than anything the Charlatans ever did (the charlatans = VERY hit and miss, plus lately you've got the singer doing that bloody pathetic bob dylan impersonation)
