MC Shy D sample question

Here's one I'm embarassed to say I just don't know, because the sample has been used many times over, but the first time I heard it was on MC Shy D's classic "Got To Be Tough", from '87. The piano on "Yes Yes Y'all". Anybody?

Got to be Tough did use sample from Earth Wind and Fire "Brazillian Rhyme"
