So, you guys like the Supersuckers? I sure do. Can't wait for the new album, "Motherfuckers be Trippin'" to hit shelves. Feel free to tell your favorite supersuckers story.

Their first few discs are farkin' great, but after SACRELICIOUS, they sort've lost the plot (and don't even bother defending that country record of theirs to me, and you'll invariably fail to convince me that it wasn't shite.) "Bad Bad Bad," "Glad Damn Glad," "I Say Fuck," "Creepy Jackalope Eye,".....classics all!

Well, I liked "Evil Powers Of Rock N' Roll", but no matter what you think of the newer albums, the live show continues to kick so much ass all over the place it's damn unbelievable, you have to admit. They are "the Greatest Rock N Roll band in the world", even if at some shows they're "The Greatest Rock N Roll Band In The World playing you a little country music".

I worked at a pizza parlor in high school, and when the general manager wasn't there, the assistant manager would sit in the back office, smoke crack, and listen to Supersuckers... Outside of that dude, I've never even heard anyone else even mention them.

They're great interview subjects. I did a Jukebox Jury w/them recently that was a lot of fun: http://www.seattleweekly.com/features/0517/050427_music_jukebox.php

I can't stop listening to this band lately. I even like the new one a lot, which is a "huge disappointment" in the eyes of most long-time fans. Nearly all of their songs are good to some extent -- the only ones I don't like are a couple from the La Mano Carnudo/Sacrilicious era where they for some reason went into pop-punk (almost Screeching Weasel) territory.
