Trying and failing to find a good version of the story of Handsome Dick Manitoba and Scott "Top Ten" Kempner of The Dictators at a 1972 Elvis show at MSG and watching Elvis's RCA labelmate Bowie totter in mid-show in full ZIggy Stardust regalia.

Couldn't find it in any book, maybe because I heard it on the radio:
